To help create a vision for the future of the app before it was passed on to a new Product Owner I facilitated a design sprint with a mix of product managers and UX designers.
We set the following long term goal...
"In two years time the app becomes the personal assistant to buyers, making users jobs easier across every part of the buyer experience"
Each day we focused on mapping the problem, sketching ideas, deciding on a focus and finally, prototyping. The prototype demonstrated the use of lockscreen widgets, live notifications and making use of the iOS dynamic island.
